Judge declares mistrial on first degree murder charge in Dunn case

Micheal Dunn will face prison time after being charged with four of the five counts that were brought against him in connection with the shooting death of 17 year old Jordan Davis in Florida.Many say the case was racially motivated. Dunn; who is white; shot into an SUV full of teens after an argument broke out about the teens playing loud music. The jury found Dunn guilty of four counts of attempted murder but could not come to a decision on the first degree murder charge which was then declared a mistrial by the judge
