(Lake County) - A dispute over clothing may have caused one brother to shoot another on East 290th Street in Wickliffe.
Officers from several departments and the SWAT Team responded after calls about multiple gunshots being fired around noon, at East 290th Street near Euclid Avenue.
Police first found the victim who had been grazed in the head by a bullet. He was able to walk to an ambulance under his own power, but left a small trail of blood.
The victim was rushed to the hospital. Police sealed off the area and warned residents to stay inside their homes.
Later they arrested a suspect who had been hiding inside a house. After being talked into coming outside, the suspect was forced onto the ground, cuffed and taken away.
A neighbor tells Newsradio WTAM 1100 that the victim was shot by his brother because he wore an item of clothing he wasn't supposed to.
