Parma celebrates Polish heritage

(Parma) - The 65th annual Polish Constitution Day parade stepped off in Parma Sunday afternoon. Marches started at the Parma Circle and made their way north on Ridge Road to Snow Road.

Among those marching the parade were Mayor Tim DeGeeter, and Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur, both have Polish ancestry.

New Cleveland Browns Coach Rob Chudzinski was supposed to walk in the parade, but was policed by team mascot Chomps.

This was the 4 year in a row that Parma hosted the parade which celebrates the signing of the Polish Constitution on May 3, 1791, which is modeled after the U.S. Constitution.
